F-C-C Weight Training Day: First Thing Training (3 Workout Days) Pre-WOD/Intra-WOD: 1 scoop SFH Pure Vanilla w/ 8oz coconut water + 24oz coconut water Post-WOD: 1 scoop SFH Vanilla Recovery + 1 cup kale + 1 tsp SFH WSO3 Fish Oil + 1 cup frozen mango + 1 date Meal 3: 1 large egg + ½ cup egg whites + 1 cup spinach + 3/4 tsp coconut oil + 1 banana Meal 4: 3oz shredded chicken breast + 1 cup green beans + ½ avocado + ½ cup baked sweet potato w/ cinnamon Meal 5: 3oz turkey burger + 1 kale + 1 TBSP olive oil Bedtime: 25g casein protein/water + 2 TBSP almond butter

Meal 1: 4 strips uncured turkey bacon + 1 cup green beans + 2 TBSP almond butter + 1 banana Meal 2: 2½oz Basil Citrus Turkey Jerky + 1 cup cucumbers + ½ avocado Meal 3: 4oz grilled chicken breast (26gP/4gF)+ 1 cup romaine + 1 TBSP olive oil/balsamic vinegar + ½ cup baked sweet potato w/ cinnamon Meal 4: 2 large egg + ½ cup egg whites + 1 cup kale + ½ avocado + 1 TBSP coconut oil Bedtime: 25g casein protein/water + 2 TBSP almond butter + 1 TBSP coconut oil
