Here's what I came up with for week 1:
Non Training Day: 8:00am: 8 egg whites, coffee w/ 1 tbsp MCT oil, 3oz ground beef, 1 banana, 3 oz OJ, handful veggies 12:00pm: 2 cans tuna, 2 slices whole grain bread, 1.5oz ground beef or turkey 4:00pm: 1tbsp peanut butter, 6oz beef, 1 banana 7:30pm: 7 oz salmon w olive oil and lemon, veggies 10:30pm: 30g casein protein, 1 avocado
Training Days: 8:00am: 6 egg whites, coffee with 2 tbsp MCT oil, 2 oz ground beef 12:00pm: 3 cans tuna, 1/2 avocado mashed, 1 cup celery 4:00pm: 2.5 slices of whole grain bread, tbsp olivio, 3 oz ground turkey 6:15pm: protein shake, carb shake (gatorade mix) 8:15pm: 5 oz salmon, salad w olive oil and lemon, 2 apples 10:30pm: casein protein, 1/4c almonds
